No Parking is a boutique functional fitness studio dedicated to healthy, well‑intentioned, and well‑planned training. We believe smart programming, consistent coaching, and a welcoming community create the most sustainable results.

Our sessions blend strength work, conditioning, mobility, and skill practice so you move better, feel stronger, and build capacity for life outside the gym. Whether you are brand new to fitness or have years of experience, our coaches meet you where you are and guide you forward with purpose.

Craig Kaminsky, head coach at No Parking, and his wife, Maureen O'Driscoll

Craig Kaminsky

CrossFit L2 14+ years

Craig designs No Parking's programming with a coach-first mindset — clear, encouraging, and relentlessly focused on quality movement. He has been coaching functional fitness for more than 14 years and believes great training blends smart progressions, consistent standards, and a supportive community.

Craig earned his CrossFit Level 1 in 2012 and held it through 2017. He advanced to his CrossFit Level 2 in 2017 and renewed that certification in 2022, reflecting his commitment to growth and better outcomes for athletes.

When he isn't at the gym or writing code, Craig coaches the Ouray High School Girls Basketball team. He's coached basketball at Ouray for 14 entering his 9th season as head coach of the Girls' program.

Craig's hair is usually as badly kept as you see in the photo. Just so you're aware 😂.
